How To change PC name and user name on Windows 8 after completing windows setup

If we make any mistake, when entering PC name and user name in windows 8, there's a problem to change PC name.......but in this method we can change our PC name without any doubt. Don't make any mistake please when you will do this.....

Open Start/Run.. and type the command:
%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe and click "OK"(Or press ENTER).

Now a new window will appear in front of you........like this picture......(Pic-1):

Then this picture will appear after few seconds.......(Pic-2):

Now type accurately "PC name"......and press "Next". Then this picture will appear ......(Pic-3):

After pressing "Use Express settings" next Picture will appear...........Now enter a new user name........
